ブルックリンのバークリーセンター隣のthe Atlantic Yardsに建設予定のForest City Ratner’s B2ですが、いよいよthe first modulesが運ばれるそうです。画像は実際のものではなくイメージですが、このようなsteel-framed boxesを重ねていくようです。32-story tower with 363 rental unitsとなるそうですが、半分はlow, moderate and middle-income families用となるそうです。２０１４年の１２月にオープン予定。
